Some foods are good the next day, or even the day after...and some aren't. Here's my list:
Good:
Pasta (spaghetti, lasagna, mac n' cheese, etc.)
Soup/Stew/Beans
Pizza
Most Mexican food
Most Chinese food
Most meats (except seafood)
Donuts
Bad:
Seafood (more of a personal opinion, cuz I just won't eat leftover seafood)
French fries
Fried chicken
Salad (w/dressing already added)
